We are not holding any bedrooms for this conference, however there are a small number of rooms available at the nearby Goodenough Club available at £85.00 for single occupancy and £115.00 for double occupancy. Please e-mail Lucy Nye at lucy.nye@ima.org.uk if you are interested in booking one of these rooms.

For those with a little more to spend (£100+), a good choice would be the impressive Russell Hotel, where the conference dinner will be held on Tuesday night. The hotel is less than ten minute walk from the conference venue. More info may be found at http://www.principal-hotels.com/hotelrussell/index.aspx, but it might be cheaper to book through a specialised travel website such as Expedia.co.uk or Booking.com (more see bottom of the page).

Probably the best way to find your way to the venue and hotels around is to use Google maps. Here is a link to an interactive map showing hotels around the venue (roughly at the bottom right corner of Coram’s fields).

There are many budget/midrange (£50-£80 for single room with breakfast) hotels and bed and breakfast accommodations within 10-15 minute walk from the conference venue, although their quality may be variable. Here are some examples.

Budget/Midrange Independent Hotels
- The Grenville House Hotel and the Guildford House Hotel are bed and breakfast accommodations virtually across from the venue and offer different kinds of room at affordable rates (around £50 for a single room with breakfast)
- The Lancaster Hotel, around 10 min walk, is apparently very nice but many rooms have only showers/baths (toilets are outside)

Budget/Midrange Chain Hotels
- Comfort Inn Kings Cross (http://www.comfortinnkingscross.co.uk)
- The chain Imperial Hotels (http://www.imperialhotels.co.uk) runs in the area quite a few large and affordable hotels, if not with much character, including the Imperial Hotel and the President Hotel, both on Russell Square
